George Carlin (1937-2008)

George Carlin was always one of my favorite comedians. I guess I’m drawn to the more cerebral, observational type than the “goofy” ones.

Although probably most famous for his “7 Words You Can’t Say on Television” bit, one of my favorites was his observations on the differences between baseball and football.

There are plenty of people remembering George today, including director Kevin Smith (another fave of mine): ‘A God Who Cussed’

I’ll miss George.
