Pennant Pale Ale ’55 – Brooklyn Brewery

Brooklyn Pennant Pale Ale ‘55Brooklyn Brewery Pennant Pale Ale ’55

An English-style pale ale. Nice honey color. Nice balanced flavor, if a little malty. Refreshing with a nice finish. A good beer for a warm, summer day.

The name, of course, is to celebrate the Brooklyn Dodgers World Series victory in 1955.

Brooklyn Brewery makes some really nice beers. Their lager is very nice, and so is their Black Chocolate Stout, and their Oktoberfest is a favorite every year.
